PAYMENT POLICY

To provide customers with a convenient and secure purchasing experience, ATC Plant Protection Joint Stock Company offers the following payment methods:

1. Cash Payment

Customers may choose to pay in cash under the following circumstances:

• Direct payment at ATC’s office, store, or authorized sales location.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and delivery areas where this service is available.

For COD orders, the delivery staff will collect the exact amount confirmed in the customer’s order.

2. Bank Transfer

Customers may choose to make payment via bank transfer before delivery.

After the order is placed, ATC’s Customer Service team will provide the company’s bank account information along with payment instructions.

Once the payment has been successfully received and verified, ATC will proceed with order processing, packaging, and shipment according to the estimated delivery schedule.

3. Payment Confirmation

• Cash Payment: The order is considered confirmed once payment has been made directly at ATC or to the delivery representative upon receipt of the goods.
• Bank Transfer: The order is confirmed after the transferred amount has been successfully credited to ATC’s bank account.

4. Payment Notes

• Customers are requested to pay the exact amount stated in the order confirmation.
• For bank transfers, please include your full name or order number in the payment description to facilitate verification.
