SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Service Coverage

ATC Plant Protection Joint Stock Company provides nationwide delivery services for products distributed through our official website and authorized sales channels.

2. Order Processing

After a customer successfully places an order, ATC will:

Receive and verify the order information.
Contact the customer for confirmation if necessary.
Send an order confirmation via phone call or SMS.
Prepare, pack, and hand over the order to the designated shipping carrier as soon as possible.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is successfully confirmed.

Ho Chi Minh City	1–2 business days
Other provinces and cities (via courier or freight service)	2–4 business days

Notes

Delivery times do not include Sundays, public holidays, or the Lunar New Year holiday.
Deliveries to remote areas or those affected by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather, or traffic disruptions) may take longer than expected.
In the event of any unexpected delay, ATC will promptly notify the customer.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package size or weight, and ATC’s shipping policy at the time of purchase.
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be applied according to the terms and conditions of each promotional campaign.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package before accepting delivery.

If any of the following situations occur:

The package is torn, damaged, dented, or appears to have been opened.
The product is damaged, missing, or different from the order.

6. Responsibilities

ATC’s Responsibilities

Prepare and package products according to the confirmed order.
Deliver the shipment to the designated carrier with accurate recipient information.
Assist customers in tracking their orders and resolving any delivery-related issues.

Customer’s Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact number.
Ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the agreed delivery time.
Inspect the goods before signing the delivery confirmation.
